Lethy Navarrete

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Lethy Navarrete joined our team in August of 2013. Since then, she has been instrumental in filling key senior management and other high impact positions within our seven business units. In her role as Senior Recruiter, Lethy will also directly manage and develop the Auxiliary Services Talent Acquisition team, branding and recruitment strategy.
Lethy has a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Marketing and Finance from Woodbury University and is currently pursuing her Executive Masters of Leadership degree from the University of Southern California. Lethy has a wealth of industry experience including consulting numerous Fortune 500 companies in the areas of talent acquisition, executive recruitment, and marketing and advertising. She is a LinkedIn Certified Professional validating her skills in finding, engaging and managing talent effectively.

Uchenna Nwude

Senior Human Resources Manager

Uchenna has been with USC since 2004. In her current role as Sr. Human Resources Manager, Uchenna provides human resources support to various units within Auxiliary Services. Prior to joining the university Uchenna spent six years working at E! Entertainment Networks, where she recruited production staff for current and new shows. Uchenna has a B.S. in Business Administration and a Master of Communication Management from USC.

Maria Mempin

Senior Payroll Manager

Maria has been with USC since 2008. In her current role as Sr. Payroll Manager, Maria oversees payroll services for all Auxiliary Services units. Prior to joining the university Maria spent five years working at Ticketmaster, where she was the National Payroll Manager for Ticketmaster and Citysearch. Maria has a B.A. in English from UCLA, a Master of Communication Management and a Master of Human Behavior from USC.

Rob Garza

Senior Learning & Development Manager

Rob joined Auxiliary Services in 2015. Before USC, Rob worked for ten years as a Learning and Development Manager and Consultant for The Walt Disney Company in Anaheim and Burbank, California. Client groups he supported included Disney ABC Television Group, Disney Parks and Resorts, ESPN, The Walt Disney Studios, Disney Consumer Products, and Disney Interactive. Rob’s areas of expertise span leadership development, new hire, operations, and guest service training. Prior to Disney, Rob also worked in education and training roles at the Orange County Department of Education and Bank of America. Over his career, he has designed and delivered dozens of learning programs for participants across the globe. Rob earned his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Fine Arts degrees from Cal State University, Long Beach with an emphasis in English Education and Creative Writing.

Nalinya Davis

Labor Relations Manager

Nalinya joined USC in 2015. She enjoyed a 12-year career in entertainment law and labor relations, holding positions of increasing responsibility at Screen Actors Guild, Saatchi & Saatchi, 20th Century Fox Television and most recently, Disneyland Resort. She has extensive experience with alternative dispute resolution, labor relations, business affairs and legal services. Nalinya earned dual Bachelor degrees in Political Science and Spanish from Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, LA and a Juris Doctorate degree, with an International Law Certificate from Loyola New Orleans School of Law.

Sonia Perez

Senior Associate Director, Human Resources

Sonia joined Auxiliary Services Human Resources in 2008. Prior to joining the university, she worked for Marriott Hotels International for 12 years where she held various leadership positions in human resources. Sonia is bilingual in Spanish and has experience in employee and labor relations. Sonia earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Cal State University of Long Beach and her Executive Master of Leadership from USC.
