Lethy Navarrete joined our team in August of 2013. Since then, she has been instrumental in filling key senior management and other high impact positions within our seven business units. In her role as Senior Recruiter, Lethy will also directly manage and develop the Auxiliary Services Talent Acquisition team, branding and recruitment strategy.
Lethy has a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Marketing and Finance from Woodbury University and is currently pursuing her Executive Masters of Leadership degree from the University of Southern California. Lethy has a wealth of industry experience including consulting numerous Fortune 500 companies in the areas of talent acquisition, executive recruitment, and marketing and advertising. She is a LinkedIn Certified Professional validating her skills in finding, engaging and managing talent effectively.
