Leo joined USC in 2011 as Program Manager USC Housing. In 2015 he became Associate Director Safety & Security USC Housing. Prior to USC, Leo enjoyed and an almost 40 year career in the auto industry working for several auto manufacturers and owning and operating 16 retail automobile dealerships in California and Arizona. Leo holds a B.S. in Education and Anthropology, from Kutztown State College.
Landry Kacou has been with USC since 1988. He is responsible for the facilities maintenance in USC Housing and USC Hospitality services. He oversees the centralized 24 hours maintenance operations, the centralized material and supplies operation, the USC Housing cable TV system, the maintenance database system, as well as various other programs. He holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from USC, an MBA from West Coast University and a “Facilities Management Administrator” designation from BOMI institute.
Dan joined USC Housing in October 2008. He is responsible for the customer service and custodial/maintenance operations for 50 USC Housing apartment style buildings comprising the North University Park Campus. His focus has primarily been the facility improvement of all USC Housing buildings in the North University Park Campus which includes additions of gyms, outdoor common areas, and renovations. A graduate of UC Berkeley, prior to joining USC he had extensive experience in the retail, wholesale, and fleet operations of several major car rental and fleet leasing companies, concentrating on the major motion picture studio fleet operations.
Chris has been with USC Housing since 2006. He is responsible for maintenance operations in USC Housing and USC Hospitality as well as managing construction and renovation projects undertaken by Auxiliary Services with USC Capitol Construction and Development. Before coming to USC, Chris managed a variety of operations in the transportation, warehouse, distribution, and logistics fields.
Maria is a graduate of USC. Prior to joining USC Housing in early 2007, she had extensive retail and marketing experience at Old Navy, Target, and Best Buy. Her current duties include managing the central USC Housing Services Office and overseeing the housing application and assignment process, as well as USC Housing marketing and communication.
Alisa joined USC in 2009 as the Assistant Director for North Area Residential Colleges for the Office for Residential Education. In 2015, she became the Associate Director for the UPC and HSC housing communities. Prior to USC, Alisa worked in the areas of residential life, student affairs, and housing at the University of California Santa Cruz (Santa Cruz, CA) and Texas A&M University (College Station, TX). She holds a B.S. in Communication and a M.Ed. in Education, both from Texas A&M University.
