Associate Director
Landry Kacou has been with USC since 1988. He is responsible for the facilities maintenance in USC Housing and USC Hospitality services. He oversees the centralized 24 hours maintenance operations, the centralized material and supplies operation, the USC Housing cable TV system, the maintenance database system, as well as various other programs. He holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from USC, an MBA from West Coast University and a “Facilities Management Administrator” designation from BOMI institute.
