I have received additional information regarding Term Break, including the Letter to Employees and Temporary Maintenance Helper Job Description.
I realize it is my responsibility to read, understand, and abide by the information and
procedures outlined in the paperwork I received. I will contact my manager if I have any
questions concerning the documents or the 2025 Term Break process.
Further, I understand that I must submit my completed Term Break Request Form
by the Saturday, February 15, 2025 deadline and that failure to do so will mean that I will NOT
be eligible for the 2025 Term Break process.
If I choose to become a Temporary Maintenance Helper during Term Break, I
understand that I must select a date to attend Mandatory Training. If I am more than 6
minutes late to the Mandatory Training, I will not be eligible to participate in the 2025 Term Break process.
