Rob joined Auxiliary Services in 2015. Before USC, Rob worked for ten years as a Learning and Development Manager and Consultant for The Walt Disney Company in Anaheim and Burbank, California. Client groups he supported included Disney ABC Television Group, Disney Parks and Resorts, ESPN, The Walt Disney Studios, Disney Consumer Products, and Disney Interactive. Rob’s areas of expertise span leadership development, new hire, operations, and guest service training. Prior to Disney, Rob also worked in education and training roles at the Orange County Department of Education and Bank of America. Over his career, he has designed and delivered dozens of learning programs for participants across the globe. Rob earned his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Fine Arts degrees from Cal State University, Long Beach with an emphasis in English Education and Creative Writing.
