The four Auxiliary Services Shared Services units provide essential support and strategic consultation to the five business operations units; Bookstores, Hospitality, Housing, Transportation, and the Radisson Hotel. Each Shared Services unit is staffed with a combination of unit-dedicated personnel and function-dedicated subject matter experts.
Finance and Accounting
The Finance & Accounting team supports Auxiliary Services by maintaining the fiscal integrity of all financial reports and works closely with the business units to insure proper controls, policies and procedures are in place to protect the assets of the University.
USC Design Studio
The USC Design Studio is a full-service creative group that exclusively serves the Trojan community. Since its founding in 2001, the USC Design Studio has created brand identities, print and marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, digital media content, website designs, motion graphics, environmental designs, t-shirt graphics, and photography for all Auxiliary Service units as well as a wide range of other University departments. Create the Best USC Experience
The Central Information Technology team provides Auxiliary Services with information technology technical support, server and operations management, IT governance and project management services, and business unit and enterprise web development services.
The Human Resources and Payroll office partners with the Auxiliary Services business units to recruit, hire and train qualified individuals to join the Trojan Family and work to Create The Best USC Experience. While supporting and guiding management in decisions related to our human assets, we review compensation trends and provide recommendations, ensure payroll is processed accurately and occurs timely and manage the performance review process so our employees receive valuable feedback. People are our greatest asset, and the Auxiliary Services employee recognition program confirms we value the hard work and dedication of our employees.
