Covid Safety Requirements

  • In order to work on campus, you must have a current COVID test or a vaccination card. More information on vaccines available at USC Student Health.
  • All employees must upload a copy of their Vaccine card or Declination form on the MySHR Portal.
  • Health, Hygiene & Safety course completion is required.

Employee Contact Information

During the Term Break period, it is possible you may be contacted for work in housing or recalled back to a Hospitality unit. The primary form of communication will be email. If your contact information changes, it is your responsibility to contact Human Resources and update this information immediately. If we are unable to reach you via the below information we will recall the next most senior employee.

I have received additional information regarding Term Break, including the Letter to Employees and Temporary Maintenance Helper Job Description.

I realize it is my responsibility to read, understand, and abide by the information and procedures outlined in the paperwork I received. I will contact my manager if I have any questions concerning the documents or the 2023 Term Break process.

Further, I understand that I must submit my completed Term Break Request Form by the Wednesday, February 15, 2023 deadline and that failure to do so will mean that I will NOT be eligible for the 2023 Term Break process.

If I choose to become a Temporary Maintenance Helper during Term Break, I understand that I must select a date to attend Mandatory Training. If I am more than 6 minutes late to the Mandatory Training, I will not be eligible to participate in th 2023 Term Break process.
