Associate Senior Vice President, Auxiliary Services
Dan has worked at USC since 1992. He was named Associate Senior Vice President for Auxiliary Services in 2006. Prior to his current position, he served as the Associate Vice President of Auxiliary Services from 2005 to September 2006, and the Director of the USC Bookstores from January 2002 to September 2005. Dan has a B.A. in Political Science from USC and an M.B.A. from USC.
Director, USC Bookstores
Dan is a 15-year veteran of USC, coming to us from Stanford University. He is in his second tenure as Director of the USC Bookstores. Dan started USC Custom Publishing and developed it into a nationally recognized company serving over 40 colleges and universities. His work with publishers like the Harvard Business School Press creates site licenses for paper / digital distribution of educational materials.
Director, USC Housing
Keenan joined USC in 2008 as the Director of Housing. During his tenure, he has focused on upgrading amenities in all residential facilities as well as centralizing the maintenance for Auxiliary Services. Prior to USC, he was the founder and owner of several car rental companies in the Southern California area and he worked for Enterprise Rent A Car and Alamo. Keenan attended Wheaton College and majored in Business Administration.
Director, Auxiliary Services Operations
General Manager, Radisson Midtown Hotel at USC
Mark has worked at USC since 1986. He was the Director of the Bookstore from 2005 to 2006 and the interim director of Human Resources, USC Hospitality, and Information Technology from 2007 to 2008. He has served as the hotel GM since September 2010. Mark has a B.A. in History from USC and an M.A. in History from UCLA.
Director, USC Design Studio
Sam joined Auxiliary Services in 2012. Prior to joining USC, Sam worked as the Art Director in Creative Entertainment with the Disneyland Resort where he managed multiple projects, trained new talent, and executed creative concepts. During his seventeen year career at Disney, Sam also worked as an Art Consultant for Gary Goddard Entertainment. Sam earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cal State University of Fullerton with an emphasis in Drawing and Painting.
Director, Auxiliary Services Central IT
Frank has served as the Director of Central Information Technology since January of 2008. Prior to joining Auxiliary Services, Frank oversaw strategic IT planning, managed enterprise software development, and managed data center and help desk operations for multiple Fortune 200 companies. Frank has a B.A. in Computer Science from UCI and a M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
Director, USC Hospitality
Kris joined Auxiliaries in 2009. He recently served as corporate director for the Compass Group, where he oversaw a multi-faceted cross-section of accounts. He has also held management positions at FoodBrand Colorado Mills, California Pizza Kitchen, the ITT Sheraton, and Best Western. Kris is a former Marine, and he has B.A.s in International Relations and in German from USC.
Director, USC Transportation
Tony has been the Director of Transportation since 2008. Before 2008, Tony served as Transportation’s Senior Associate Director for transit operations at USC. Prior to joining USC in 2006, Tony was employed by DHL as the Regional Service Director responsible for Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, and Hawaii. Tony has a B.A in Business Administration from Monmouth University, West Long Branch, N.J.
Director, Auxiliary Services Accounting and Finance
Dave joined USC as the Director of Accounting and Finance in 2011. Prior to arriving at USC, Dave was in charge of the Financial Reporting for ABC Studios/The Walt Disney Company, in which he still works part-time in Entertainment at Disneyland. Dave has a B.A. in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton.
Director, Auxiliary Services Human Resources
Barbara has been with USC since 2007. Previously, she was Director of Human Resources for The Wet Seal and Vans/VF Corporation. Prior to Vans, Barbara was the Training Director at Arthur Andersen. Barbara has a B.S. in Business Administration from USC and an M.B.A. from the University of Redlands. Barbara also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation.
Director, Auxiliary Services Design Services
Jerry has worked for the University for over 10 years. He was named Director of Design for Auxiliary Services in 2006. Previously, he served as Director of Operations for the USC Bookstores. Jerry has a B.A. in Architecture from the Southern Polytecnic University in Atlanta Georgia. He is currently a patron of the Colquitt County Arts Center and The Long Beach Museum of Art.
